Committed to the Organic Philosophy
Here at Parallax Organic Vineyard we are committed to producing quality wine using one hundred percent organic methods. Our philosophy dictates that our viticulture carefully integrates commercial production methods with the natural environment.
The vineyard sits on 2.2 hectares. We have two-thirds dedicated to growing Pinot Noir with the remainder focused on Riesling. We maintain cane pruning when vigour permits, otherwise spur pruning suffices to keep our vines in perfect condition.
Beautiful flowering Eucalypts and a rich variety of other trees are home to our many bird and insect species. The plentiful and spectacular local dragonflies were an obvious choice for our logo and reflect our dedication to maintaining the environment.
